Community Acupuncture for Period Pain
About
Despite what you may have been told, period pain isn't just ‘part of being a woman.’ You shouldn't have to push through it — and you definitely shouldn't have to go broke getting help.
This clinic exists because good care should be accessible to everyone. Acupuncture has been used for menstrual pain for centuries, and the research is finally catching up. Needles in, lights low, nervous system getting the memo to unwind.
Affordable. Regular. Built for people who are done putting themselves last.
Once a month in the Illawarra.

How It Works
-

Book Your Spot
Book in & fill in your detailed intake form online before you arrive. On the day, arrive and settle into the quiet shared space — no need to undress. Oh, and bring a pillow!
-

Needles in, lights low
Fine acupuncture needles are placed on points along your lower legs, feet, abdomen, and hands & head — areas specifically targeted for pelvic circulation and pain relief.
-

Rest — you've earned it
You rest with the needles in for around 20–40 minutes, which is where the real work happens — your nervous system down-regulates and the body starts to do its thing.

Keep showing up
Return & Repeat: Treatments are most effective when repeated regularly across your cycle, so this model is designed to make that genuinely accessible.
Women deserve better healthcare.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a ‘good enough’ reason — if it doesn’t feel right in your body, that matters.
We’re here to help.
