I’m your practitioner: Stella Parker (BHSc TCM)
I’ve spent almost 20 years teaching yoga and meditation, creating spaces for people to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Later, when I experienced my own burnout and CFS, major depression, and the ups and downs of IVF fertility treatments, acupuncture became the tool that helped my body truly reset.
That inspired me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (BHSc) — completing my degree while raising a bub and navigating life’s curveballs (global pandemics included). My clinic experience, combined with ongoing professional development, means I’ve worked with women across all stages of life, from stress and fatigue to fertility, pregnancy, and perimenopause.
I’ve also learned first-hand how to support women through the bigger stuff (mental health and nervous systems), so you can be sure you’ll be met with empathy, understanding, and practical guidance.
Now, at Brighter, I bring this experience to women who are ready to feel supported, understood, and well.
Because women deserve healthcare that truly listens, and sometimes all it takes is a place to pause, reset, and start feeling like yourself again.

How I work
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine offer a gentle but powerful reset for your body. Treatments are tailored to you, often combining herbs, lifestyle guidance, and integrative support — including reviewing bloodwork and pathology (everything from regular bloodwork to semen analyses and vaginal microbiomes), cycles, or fertility tracking when needed.
Life is full-on enough, so I focus on practical, easy changes so your health works for you, not against you.
